Return and Refund Policy

In the event a product is defective under normal use conditions specified in the user manual, Active will first attempt to resolve the issue with an appropriate troubleshooting or parts/ tool replacement. If a customer is dissatisfied with the experience and wishes to return the unit for a refund, the store can do so within 30 days of purchase. Active will apply a credit to the next purchase order. At no instance will Active grant any cash compensation for lost profits, revenues or losses incurred for foregone transaction, shipping fees, etc.
